Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop, create and review training kits (presentations, participant manual, trainer manual, pre and post evaluation, assessments).
  • Deliver technical training (Allianz policies and sales methodology) to Allianz employees and external partners.
  • Research new training methods and keeps up to date with developments in sales training.
  • Critical evaluation of trainees' general and sales skills and capabilities during induction training.
  • Coach new trainers.
  • Travel required inside Egypt Acores Allianz branches: 30% - 50%.

Qualifications: 

  • 4-5 years in training/teaching.
  • Professional certificate in training/coaching is a plus.
  • Chartered Insurance Institute qualification is a plus.
