Job Responsibilities:
- Develop, create and review training kits (presentations, participant manual, trainer manual, pre and post evaluation, assessments).
- Deliver technical training (Allianz policies and sales methodology) to Allianz employees and external partners.
- Research new training methods and keeps up to date with developments in sales training.
- Critical evaluation of trainees' general and sales skills and capabilities during induction training.
- Coach new trainers.
- Travel required inside Egypt Acores Allianz branches: 30% - 50%.
Qualifications:
- 4-5 years in training/teaching.
- Professional certificate in training/coaching is a plus.
- Chartered Insurance Institute qualification is a plus.
