Policy Service Administrator
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain the accuracy and completeness of screened applications by assessing documents against Allianz underwriting guidelines daily to ensure compliance and reduce processing errors.
- Process and apply policy endorsements, both technical and non-technical, using the company’s policy administration system to maintain accurate and up-to-date policy records.
- Respond to and resolve sales queries received via email and phone calls, ensuring timely and professional communication to support the sales team and enhance service efficiency.
- Update policy records and transactions in the system, ensuring accuracy and completeness to support seamless policy servicing and operational efficiency.
- Maintain and organize proper filing of daily documents by implementing structured documentation processes to ensure easy retrieval and regulatory compliance.
Required Qualifications:
- 0-2 years of experience in the insurance field.
- University Degree.
