Coordinator - Direct corporate
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate all requirements related to the renewals in coordination with operation & account Manager and contact the client.
- Follow up and coordinate with collection all outstanding related to direct portfolio with coordinate with portfolio manager and collection manager.
- Compose a report periodically to present the contest impact on sales production.
- Handle assigned customers queries and feedback all related parties, if required.
- Generate, develop, and create the needed statistics or reports required by the sales managers to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Handle Motor deals with system to meet service standard with customers.
- Providing corporate managers with support in any other task/project as needed.
