Human Resources function is instrumental record attracting, engaging, retaining and developing our people, compensation and benefits, and helping with handling specific performance issues. Moreover, Human Resources function also ensures the business operates in compliance with all labor law. Human Resources function, more than any other support function, has the task of ensuring that the organizational policies and procedures are implemented and any grievances of the employees are taken care of.
Financial planning and target setting, strategic planning process and cost budgeting (planning), as well as business driver plan / actual analysis, productivity controlling and strategic and operational performance reporting activities (controlling).

- Advising on business conduct that is lawful, ethical, and in the interest of our customers, shareholders, business partners and colleagues.
- Preventing & detecting violations of laws and regulations through identifying and managing compliance risk and
- Advocating Allianz’s compliance positions with regulators
Internal Audit Department
Internal audit is an independent, objective assurance and consulting activity designed to add value and improve an organization's operations. It helps an organization accomplish its objectives by bringing a systematic,
disciplined approach to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of risk management, control, and governance processes.
Simply, internal audit provides reasonable assurance to management that internal controls are in place, working as intended (i.e. effectively & efficiently) and adequate to mitigate the risks.
The scope for the Legal department is providing legal advice, managing litigation and external legal counsels, corporate matters and governance, contracts reviewing, retention of contracts, investigations, FATCA and antitrust.
The continuous knowledge exchange with experts from different departments like Risk, Planning & Controlling and Accounting, as well as with actuaries in other Allianz entities around the world fosters an environment of personal growth and progress. Allianz Technical Training Department offers trainings in two specific markets; the corporate training market, assisting business partners to develop their staff as well as the internal individual market; assisting individuals improve their skills, careers and competitiveness in the employment market. As we all know that training is a continuous process and not only needed for the newly selected personnel but also for the existing personnel at all levels of the organization. In training and development, it is helpful for competencies to focus on knowledge, skills and/or abilities.
