This role supports business expansion by managing client acquisitions, maintaining account renewals, and ensuring service excellence. In addition, the role identifies cross and up-selling opportunities, tracks market trends, and refines operational processes to enhance market positioning. The role also maintains compliance with service standards, strengthens client engagement, and monitors portfolio performance to sustain long-term profitability and market growth.
