Job Responsibilities:
- Acquire and manage leads, client relationships, and business opportunities to drive growth, service quality, and financial targets.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to boards and employees, effectively communicating Allianz EB solutions in collaboration with the market management team.
- Coordinate the full sales and service cycle of EB leads from distribution channels, providing technical support to ensure client satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain reports, forecasts, and schedules to track performance and inform business decisions.
- Assess company needs, analyze benefits structures, and provide tailored EB solutions in collaboration with management and investment teams.
- Gather and share market and competitor intelligence to inform strategy and decision-making.
- Manage policy renewals, address competitive proposals, and negotiate with clients to ensure timely and profitable renewals.
- Implement cross-selling and up-selling strategies to maximize customer satisfaction and achieve sales goals.
- Assess clients’ risk appetite, select investment options, and work with the investment team, by evaluating client portfolios, to offer suitable investment solutions aligned with client needs.
- Articulate and present account-specific business plans to maintain long-term relationships and drive performance.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Management, General Surgery, or Internal Medicine or a related field.
- Postgraduate studies, such as LOMA, are a plus.
- Knowledge of a third language is an advantage.
- 1-3 years of experience in Account Management or Corporate Sales, preferably within the insurance industry.
