Terms & Conditions

Allianz will cover all essential aspects for the contest winner attending the Abu Dhabi NBA Games 2025.

This includes:

-        Flights (Cairo – Abu Dhabi – Cairo)

-       Accommodation (at a 5-star hotel)

-        Basketball game ticket (the match scheduled for 02/10/2025)

-       Ground transportation(to/from the airport and hotel, and to/from hotel and match venue)

• Exclusions:

-       Hotel expenses beyond accommodation will not be covered.

-       Any additional personal expenses incurred by the winner will not be reimbursed by Allianz.

• Requirements:

-       Winners must strictly adhere to the travel program and schedule.

-       Allianz is not responsible for any violations committed by participants.

-       Minimum age to participate is 21+.

-       Itinerary is a guide and may be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, road conditions, force majeure, or operational changes from third-party providers).

• Winner Selection:

-       Winners will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received, one week after the registration link is closed.

-       Winners must hold a valid passport.

-       Entries submitted after the deadline will not qualify for the draw.

-       Only eligible participants will be entered into the draw.

-       Selected winner must not be a current employee of Allianz Egypt or a first degree relative to an Allianz employee.

• Consent     & Privacy:

-       By entering, you consent to Allianz using your personal data for contest purposes.

-       Winners agree to grant Allianz Egypt permission to use their photos/videos for marketing.

• Notification     & Confirmation:

-       Selected winners will be notified one week after the registration link is closed.

-       Within 48 hours of notification, winners must confirm participation and submit all travel-related documents.

• Prize     Policy:

-       Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

-       If a winner cannot travel,Allianz must be notified no later than 4 weeks before the travel dates. Late notice may incur penalties.

• Entry     Rules:

-       One entry per email address is allowed during the entry period.

-       Automated or fraudul ententries (scripts, macros, etc.) are not permitted and will be deemed invalid.

-       Allianz reserves full discretion to determine valid entries and may reject those that violate policies or standards.

-       All submitted materials and entries become property of Allianz and will not be returned or acknowledged.

• Legal     Agreement:

-       Entry represents full,unconditional agreement to these terms, which are legally binding.

• Changes     & Emergencies:

-       Allianz reserves the right to cancel or modify any travel details at any time.

-       In case of unforeseen emergencies or disruptions (technical issues, natural disasters, strikes,etc.), Allianz may cancel, modify, suspend, or reorganize the contest to ensure fairness.
