Accountant - Back Office Investment
Job Responsibilities:
- Record investment transactions by entering data into theInvestment Application (ADVENT) to ensure accurate financial records andcompliance with accounting standards.
- Process and verify fund transfers between bank accountsand review equity and bond purchases to ensure proper allocation, accuracy, andreconciliation with investment records.
- Monitor and collect investment income by tracking couponand dividend payments to ensure timely receipt and maintain cash flowefficiency.
- Prepare and reconcile bank accounts for each investmentfund using reconciliation tools and financial reports to identify discrepanciesand maintain accurate records.
- Maintain accurate financial documentation by updatinginvestment records and supporting audit processes to ensure compliance andfacilitate informed decision-making.
Required Qualifications:
- 1 – 3 years of experience in the accounting field.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proficiency in IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards) is an advantage.
