Assistant Manager - Direct Retail Sales
Job Responsibilities:
- Support the Manager in supervising and guiding the retail sales team by providing coaching and performance feedback to enhance sales skills, product knowledge, and overall team effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the Manager by developing and implementing sales strategies and contributing to sales plans to achieve business objectives and identify growth opportunities based on market trends, customer insights, and competitor analysis.
- Coordinate with Customer Service, Operations, and Claims by maintaining regular cross-functional communication to ensure seamless and positive customer experience.
- Assist in analyzing sales performance data by tracking KPIs, preparing reports, and forecasting sales pipelines to identify opportunities, anticipate risks, and support informed decision-making.
- Conduct periodic audits by reviewing sales processes and quality standards to identify gaps, ensure adherence, and promote continuous improvement.
- Address non-compliance issues by taking timely corrective actions and implementing preventive measures to mitigate risks and maintain consistent operational standards.
Job Qualifications:
- 5-7 years of experience, preferably in the financial sector.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
