BA Assistant Manager - Retail
Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of IRs to ensure that planned business activities and KPIs are delivered in a timely manner, by monitoring performance and providing ongoing guidance, to achieve business targets effectively.
- Use coaching tools to facilitate and guide IRs, by offering targeted support and development sessions, to build capabilities that maximize sales performance and help IRs meet sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, branches, and staff, by holding regular meetings and check-ins, to foster a sustainable flow of business and enhance collaboration.
- Communicate initiatives, campaigns, and product updates to stakeholders, by preparing and delivering clear reports and presentations, to ensure alignment with company strategies and inform decision-making.
- Develop relationships with bank management, by scheduling and facilitating regular meetings, to achieve assigned targets and improve Bancassurance sales performance, including new business and renewals.
- Participate in bank kickoff meetings with P&C product managers and in sales and marketing workshops, by engaging in discussions and brainstorming sessions, to drive improvements in product offerings and sales strategies.
- Coach and motivate the sales team by providing technical support, conducting performance evaluations, and ensuring skilled staff availability, to achieve targets and foster a high-performance culture.
- Ensure seamless communication with other departments, by coordinating with Operations, CSC, Finance, Planning, Business Services, and IT, to support bank performance and smooth business operations.
- Adhere to company policies and business ethics, by keeping the team informed of updates and changes, to maintain compliance and operational excellence.
Job Qualifications:
- 5 - 7 years of professional experience in sales, preferably within the financial services sector
- Proven success in consistently achieving or exceeding assigned sales targets
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is required
- A relevant professional certification in sales, finance, or insurance is an advantage
