Insurance Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

  • Driving sales and Achieve Target of the bank branches.
  • Responsible for offering products solutions on insurance and financial needs to the branches customers to ensure achieving individual and company’s vision of ASE.
  • Carry out continuous lead generation activates whether through walk in/ data mining/ referrals/ outside calls and others.
  • Build a strong base of prospects, maintain productive relationship with partner’s staff, achieve assigned production targets, promote and safeguard a strong focus on customers and bank partner’s expectations.
  • Ensure that clients fulfill all needed documents and medical examinations as well as ensuring that all these documents are properly submitted to operation.
  • Follow up on process with operations and underwriters in their needed requirements till having the policies issued.
  • Present basic reported related to sales activates, referrals including closing ratio, ASE and other qualitative aspects on time.
  • Meet and report weekly with AM with the production, updates and other related matter.

Qualifications:

  • 0 - 2 years of experience, preferably in field of sales.
