· Job Responsibilities:
· Train the development team on designing, developing, testing, and deploying software applications by implementing agile methodologies and best coding practices to ensure high-quality, efficiency, and scalable solutions.
· Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements using structured frameworks and documentation tools to translate them into clear technical specifications.
· Provide technical leadership by establishing coding standards, conducting code reviews, and enforcing best practices to enhance software quality and maintainability.
· Handle the development process by overseeing architecture design, optimizing performance, and managing version control to ensure robust and efficient application delivery.
· Work closely with project managers and business analysts by participating in planning sessions and status meetings to align development activities with project goals and timelines.
· Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies by conducting research and attending training to make informed decisions on technology adoption and process improvements.
· Mentor and coach team members through hands-on training, peer reviews, and technical workshops to foster professional growth and continuous improvement.
· Collaborate with IT operations teams by integrating DevOps practices and automated deployment pipelines to ensure seamless application deployment and maintenance.
· Participate in strategic planning and technical decision-making by providing insights and recommendations on application development initiatives to support business objectives.

Required Qualifications:
· 5 - 7 years of experience in software development  
· Comprehensive experience across the full software development lifecycle, encompassing requirements analysis, architecture design, development, deployment, and ongoing maintenance
· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field
· Master’s degree is an advantage
