Lead - Strategic Market Management

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead customer segmentation analysis by coordinating market research and stakeholder inputs to provide targeted insights that support strategic marketing decisions.
  • Track and report market trends and competitor activities by using analytical tools and structured monitoring to provide timely updates that guide business strategy.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations by evaluating business performance and market dynamics to support the refinement of strategic plans.
  • Identify potential growth areas by assessing emerging market opportunities and supporting the development of strategic initiatives.
  • Conduct competitor benchmarking and SWOT analyses to identify gaps, strengths, and opportunities that enhance market positioning.
  • Support change and innovation initiatives by researching best practices and proposing enhancements to improve strategic outcomes.
  • Support the implementation of the company’s corporate strategy by aligning transformation and organizational development projects with business goals and the long-term vision.
  • Evaluate new business opportunities (e.g., partnerships, M&A, diversification) through financial modeling and market analysis

Required Qualifications:

  • 5 - 7 years of experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Mass Communication or any related field
