Legal Lead

Job Responsibilities:

  • Execute all required filings before FRA and relevant authorities by preparing complete and accurate documentation and ensuring timely submission to maintain full regulatory compliance.
  • Organize the annual calendar for the Board of Directors and General Assembly by coordinating schedules, statutory deadlines, and meeting requirements to ensure effective corporate governance planning.
  • Prepare meeting minutes for the Board, General Assembly, and committees by accurately documenting discussions, resolutions, and decisions to secure proper legal record-keeping and compliance.
  • Handle communication with shareholders by responding to inquiries and providing timely updates to strengthen transparency and stakeholder engagement.
  • Follow up with external counsel on document preparation and authentication procedures by coordinating submissions to GAFI to ensure formal legal validation of meeting minutes.
  • Draft and review contracts, agreements, and legal documents by negotiating terms with partners, vendors, and service providers to protect the company’s legal and commercial interests.
  • Develop and interpret insurance policy documents, endorsements, and related materials by applying regulatory and technical expertise to ensure accuracy and compliance with insurance laws.
  • Represent the legal department in tendering processes by reviewing pre-contractual documents and advising on legal risks to support sound commercial decision-making.
  • Provide structured and ad-hoc legal advice on business, corporate, and insurance matters by analyzing applicable laws and FRA regulations to guide stakeholders in compliant operations.
  • Monitor legal and regulatory changes by tracking updates, preparing reports, and advising management on required actions to ensure the company remains aligned with evolving laws and FRA requirements.

Job Qualifications:

  • 5 - 7 years of experience in the legal field.
  • Bachelor’s degree in law.
