Policy Service Administrator “Alexandria”
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily reviews & issuance of submitted applications, verifying documentation against Allianz underwriting guidelines to ensure accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance.
- Validate and implement policy changes and cancellations while adhering to procedural and compliance standards.
- Address and resolve sales-related inquiries via email and phone in a timely and professional manner, facilitating seamless communication between underwriting, sales teams, and clients.
- Maintain a structured and auditable filing system for all policy documents to ensure quick retrieval, regulatory compliance, and support for internal and external audits.
- Accurately input and update policy records, endorsements, and transactions in the system to maintain data integrity and support operational efficiency.
- Monitor applications and endorsements for potentially fraudulent activity, escalating suspicious cases to the appropriate teams for further investigation.
- Coordinate with underwriting, sales, claims, and IT teams to resolve complex policy-related issues and enhance service delivery.
Required Qualifications:
- 0 – 2 years of experience in the insurance field.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Insurance, or a related field.
