Project Management Lead
Job Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver projects using Agile and Waterfall methodologies, defining scope, timelines, budgets, and resources while leveraging project management tools to ensure structured execution and alignment with strategic goals.
- Maintain financial control by leading cost forecasting, expense tracking, and variance analysis, ensuring project completion within budget and allocated resources.
- Handle stakeholder Communications by reporting project status, risks, and issues through executive dashboards, structured reports, and steering committee meetings, with full transparency and facilitate informed decision-making.
- Ensure cross-functional collaboration with key departments such as Information Security, Transformation, legal and Compliance by aligning project goals with business needs to enhance cross-functional efficiency and project success.
- Maintain project risks and compliance by identifying, assessing, and mitigating regulatory, security, and quality risks, integrating compliance checks into workflows, and ensuring project integrity.
Job Qualifications:
- 5-7 years in the insurance industry
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- Background in IT or technical knowledge is an advantage.
