Real Estate Projects Senior Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support the evaluation of new locations by reviewing business and investment proposals, collecting required data, and preparing initial feasibility insights to support decisions on business expansion.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders throughout project phases by preparing progress updates, scheduling follow-up meetings, and using project tracking tools to ensure alignment and timely progress.
  • Assist in coordinating with consultants and project management firms by consolidating timelines, monitoring budget updates, and supporting the preparation of design documents and shop drawings to ensure effective project planning and execution.
  • Support vendor and contractor selection by participating in the full tendering process, including preparing tender documents, collecting and comparing proposals, conducting preliminary evaluations, and following procurement procedures to ensure cost-effective and high-quality project delivery.
  • Support the design phase of real estate projects by coordinating requirements, handling and implementing the design guide, following up on design development, and ensuring implementation aligns with approved designs and company standards.
  • Design, assist, and coordinate the Real Estate Projects Handbook by developing and maintaining guidelines to support standardized project execution.
  • Support Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) planning by gathering cost data, tracking budget utilization, and coordinating with Finance to ensure accurate budgeting and financial control.
  • Support renovation and upgrading projects for existing locations by coordinating site assessments, following up on contractor progress, and reporting status to maintain facility standards and operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, with a focus on Architecture
  • PMP or similar accredited certifications are an advantage
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in a consulting firm, real estate, or construction company.
