Risk Analyst - Corporate Actuarial & Risk Management
Job Responsibilities:
- Support the periodic quantitative and qualitative risk assessment across the company’s departments to identify key risks across the organization to proactively manage risk exposures.
- Maintain and update risk registers with the company to provide central and accurate view of company’s risks
- Monitor risk exposure against the pre-defined risk appetite and thresholds and escalate breaches, if any, to ensure financial stability and enforce disciplined risk-taking
- Prepare regular risk reports for management, Risk & Audit committee, Board of Director and regulator to support informed decision-making
- Ensure documentation and follow-up of risk mitigation actions by tracking progress and deadlines to support effective risk reduction.
- Support reviewing and updating risk policies and frameworks by conducting regular assessments to maintain strong risk governance.
- Review business processes by identifying key controls and gaps to improve operational risk management.
- Participate in risk culture initiatives by joining awareness activities to strengthen organizational risk understanding.
- Support in preparing Group and regulatory risk management reports like Own Risk Solvency Assessment report to ensure compliance and informed decisions.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, economics or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in risk management, compliance or audit.
