Job Responsibilities:

• Manage corporate tax compliance by preparing, reviewing, and submitting corporate tax returns and statutory filings in line with regulatory requirements to ensure timely, accurate compliance and avoid penalties.
• Develop and implement tax optimization strategies by analyzing the company’s structure, transactions, and applicable tax laws to minimize tax liabilities while managing exposure to tax risks.
• Monitor tax legislation and regulatory updates by tracking changes in local and international tax laws and assessing their implications to ensure the company proactively adapts to new requirements.
• Manage tax audits and authority relations by coordinating audit processes, responding to inquiries, and liaising with tax authorities to resolve issues efficiently and protect the company’s interests.
• Oversee tax-related financial reporting by supporting the preparation of financial statements and validating tax provisions and disclosures to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Collaborate on tax-efficient business transactions by working closely with legal and finance teams during planning and execution to ensure transactions are structured in a tax-compliant and cost-effective manner.
• Maintain comprehensive tax documentation by organizing and retaining records of filings, calculations, and correspondence to support audits, compliance reviews, and internal governance.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (professional tax certification is a plus).
• 10+ years of experience in tax management, preferably in a large Audit firm.
