Specialist - Procurement
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Execute end-to-end procurement processes by handling RFQs, bids, purchase orders, and vendor selection using standardized procedures to ensure timely sourcing and optimal purchasing decisions.
- Conduct market research by gathering supplier information and benchmarking pricing through industry data and comparisons to support cost-effective and competitive procurement.
- Evaluate supplier proposals by analyzing technical and financial submissions and negotiating pricing and terms to secure the best value and performance for the company.
- Coordinate with internal departments by clarifying specifications, confirming requirements, and aligning timelines to ensure accurate and efficient procurement execution.
- Maintain procurement records and vendor databases by updating documentation, contracts, and supplier details to ensure data accuracy and support informed decision-making.
- Follow up on order status by tracking deliveries, confirming compliance with quality standards, and resolving issues to ensure suppliers meet contractual obligations.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field.
- 1 – 3 years of procurement experience.
