Area Supervisor - Bancassurance

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure implementation of agreed action plans, within the assigned bank branches and to control the overall sales key performance indicators, propose, actions and provide direct manager with recommendations.
  • Develop good and efficient relationship with the management of branches to be able to achieve assigned targets and to improve the overall performance for bank staff and Bancassurance sales force in addition to ensure regular meetings with the assigned bank branches continuously to improve the overall performance of the assigned branches activities and FSA's productivity.
  • Participate in bank kickoff meetings with bank regional and branch managers as well in sales and marketing workshops and brainstorming sessions.
  • Coaching and motivation of sales team and provide them with technical support and evaluate team members performance regular as well ensure the availability of skilled staff to accomplish agreed targets in coordination with direct manager.
  • Ensure timely and seamless communication with other departments in the company that contribute to the performance of the assigned bank branches, especially Operations, CSC, Finance, Planning and Business services Unit and IT.
  • Adheres to all company policies, business ethics as well as other departments procedures and ensures that they are communicated within the team effectively as well keeping up to date with company’s standards, policies, procedures, and authority limits that affect the implementation of responsibilities.
  • Promote and safeguard a strong focus on customer's and bank expectations on every level of customer service to reduce financial and reputational losses to the company to the minimum.
  • Establish a set of regular reports and analysis which includes but is not limited to production figures (Quality - Follow up -process enhancement) within the assigned bank branches to be shared with direct manager, bank partners and team members.


  • Minimum 2 years of work experience in sales, preferably in the financial service sector.
  • Successful track record in achieving assigned sales targets.
