Specialist - Internal Communication
Job Responsibilities:
- Execute internal communications activities in conjunction with the internal comms assistant manager.
- Edit and write content and design for a variety of internal communications mediums.
- Assist in delivering presentations, writing internal speeches, and meeting minutes at organizational events, managing executions of the company’s town halls, and properly communicating it to all employees.
- Assist in communicating internally and implementing employee engagement for all Allianz activities.
- Execute giveaways and recognition materials to different stakeholders, events, and activities.
- Assist in researching industry and market trends.
Qualifications:
- 0-2 years of experience in Internal & External Corporate Communications, PR / Public Affairs, and Corporate Responsibility in PR agencies, multinational companies / Financial Institution(s) / Telecom / Multinational NGOs.
- Decent exposure / experience in: Digital PR
- Internal initiatives/activities and events/CSR
- Must have excellent English & Arabic copywriting skills.
- Copywriting, Announcements Writing & Editing
- Communication, Events & activations mechanisms.
- Stakeholders Management.
