Specialist - Internal Communication

Job Responsibilities:

  • Execute internal communications activities in conjunction with the internal comms assistant manager.
  • Edit and write content and design for a variety of internal communications mediums.
  • Assist in delivering presentations, writing internal speeches, and meeting minutes at organizational events, managing executions of the company’s town halls, and properly communicating it to all employees.
  • Assist in communicating internally and implementing employee engagement for all Allianz activities.
  • Execute giveaways and recognition materials to different stakeholders, events, and activities.
  • Assist in researching industry and market trends.

Qualifications:

  • 0-2 years of experience in Internal & External Corporate Communications, PR / Public Affairs, and Corporate Responsibility in PR agencies, multinational companies / Financial Institution(s) / Telecom / Multinational NGOs.
  • Decent exposure / experience in: Digital PR
  • Internal initiatives/activities and events/CSR
  • Must have excellent English & Arabic copywriting skills.
  • Copywriting, Announcements Writing & Editing
  • Communication, Events & activations mechanisms.
  • Stakeholders Management.
