This role is responsible for overseeing and managing the company’s tax affairs to ensure full compliance with local tax regulations and reporting requirements. The role leads the preparation and review of tax returns and statutory filings, manages tax audits and interactions with tax authorities, and advises management on effective tax strategies to optimize the company’s tax position and mitigate risks. In addition, the role collaborates closely with finance, legal, and other internal stakeholders to ensure that business transactions are tax efficient, tax provisions are accurately reflected in financial statements, and all tax obligations are met in a timely and cost-effective manner.
